Kuriko Oyster (dozen) - Federal Way June

Grown on the East side of our farm near the Harding creek estuary, these oysters have never been touched by human hands before harvest, and Mother Nature has performed all the magic, these oysters are quite petite with a very firm shell, and are less salty than most oysters because of all the fresh spring water coming into the estuary, they finish off with a touch of butte notes, and a hint of melon.  This is truly the best of what 100% organic and nature have to offer
