Large BBQ Oysters (dozen) -Limit-5 Bellevue

We rotate our tidelands and harvest a small percentage of these oysters each year to keep our tidelands healthy and re-populate our wild oyster stocks. 
 
The BBQ size oysters can be as big as your hand and have an incredible amount of meat, a perfect treat for the grill.  We call them oyster steaks!  Pop them on the grill and as soon as they open they are ready to enjoy, a little butter and lemon, and then look out for the party in your mouth....
