Our Manila clams our hand-dug and sorted for extreme quality.  These clams are located on one of our beaches at the farm that is in the middle of a freshwater high flowing stream.  Mother Nature does 100% of the work, we do not plant or in any way assist the farming of these clams, no machinery whats so ever is used.  So they are harvested on a limited basis.  These are without a doubt the best clams in the Pacific Northwest.
